I had an opportunity to join Old Manila Walks' (http://www.oldmanilawalks.com/) Binondo Wok Tour. Ivan Man Dy spearheaded the tour. It was a gastronomic tour loaded with history of Binondo. I have lived more than half of my life in Manila, and this is the only time I truly appreciated Binondo. Enjoy the pics!
