Negros Occidental: Talisay City

One of the well-known spots at Talisay City is The Ruins. Located at the outskirts of the city, this is what's left of Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson's ancestral mansion. The structure was torched down by the USAFFE during WWII to prevent the Japanese from making it their headquarters. Today, the place has become a favorite venue for weddings, birthday parties, and debuts. Enjoy the pics. :-)

SweetMouthfuls' Latest Culinary Venture

Wifey's biggest break, so far, came recently as Fonterra Brands (Philippines) contributor chef. She was tasked to come up with new recipes, both savory and pastry, that uses Anchor products (one of Fonterra's produce). Pics show her first sensory evaluation at Fonterra's headquarters.

Looks good, tastes even better :-)
